Each player should have a unique friend code.

Open and read the UHSPA Code of Ethics, then check the box and type your name to sign. Agreement and signature are required to submit.
This section is voluntary. Filling out as much as you can helps UHSPA feature athletes in spotlights, social posts, and team stories.
We won't be able to highlight this player in spotlights without an Instagram handle.
